The architecture inside Palatium is composed of two dominant elements where you will find a close and synergistic relationship.
The first element is the table for tastings that is situated centrally and becomes a dynamic and communicative element. A continuous ribbon, plain evanescent, it ignites to tell of its life, the products and the territory communicating messages driven by careful planning. Composed of 20m of moderate, reflective glass sheets, the bench welcomes 16 monitors of 32 inches, becoming both a support for tastings and a dynamic screen for communication.
The second is a product, placed on mobile and sectional exhibitors that have the ability to restrict devoted places or breaks up to receive over 1000 products that the wine bar displays each season.
All the materials used are treated naturally and blend well in their surroundings: oxidised iron or wax, pure and transparent crystal, dark wood which reminds us of wine barrels and antique wine cellars.
The whole architectural space articulates around these fundamental elements which with their chameleon nature and, thanks to a system of controlled lighting, change and transform like a landscape during the changes in seasons.
